Thanks for asking to be added to the WVMarriageEquality listserve.

In the past, people have attempted to join our list that disagree with our cause: Equal Access to Civil Marriage for all people of West Virginia. Once joined they could have posted unpleasant and disrespectful messages.

To help reduce the possibility of this happening, we are asking that you complete this form before being granted full access to the WV Marriage Equality Listserve. I promise this information will not be shared with anyone. We are only asking so we can hopefully filter out those persons who intend to do our cause harm.

You may choose to receive emails in one of three ways, please choose one:

Individually	every time a post is made to the listserve, a copy is delivered to your email address
Daily	at the end of each day, you are sent one email that contains all of the posts made during that day (some servers call this a digest)
Urgent Only	you will only receive an email when the moderator sends out an 'Urgent' message (meeting reminders, the need to contact legislators, weather related cancellations, etc)
